Cancellation Policy

***Health Clearance**** If any of these contraindications apply to you, you may be ineligible to receive a permanent makeup procedure from us. please review carefully below: * Must be 18 years old. * Cannot be pregnant or breast-feeding. You must wait until you are completely done with breast-feeding before you can get a service done with us. * Cannot have any transmittable blood conditions such as: HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, and etc. * Cannot be on Accutane. You must discontinue Accutane for ONE YEAR before getting a permanent makeup service done with us. * Cannot be on Retin-A, Retinol, Fish Oil, or any types of blood thinners ONE WEEK before getting a service done with us. * No acne, blisters, rashes, bruises, scars or any other types of undiagnosed open wounds on the procedure area. If there are any unexpected flare-ups, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY to reschedule. Failure to do so and you still decide to show up to your appointment, will result in an automatic reschedule and will be sent home that day. * Cannot be on any skin medication such as steroids, which causes the skin to become more sensitive during the procedure. * Cannot have eczema or psoriasis on the procedure area. * No active skin cancer on the area. * No cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, or mitral valve disorder (medical clearance only). * Anyone who has anxiety or on anxiety medication. * Anyone who had experienced seizures and are on medication for it. * Any radiotherapy or chemotherapy must consult with your physician and obtain approval from them before scheduling. * Cannot be allergic to pigmentation, makeup, epinephrine, and lidocaine. * Anyone who had prior experience with inflammatory hyper-pigmentation. * Anyone with healing disorders. * If you've had any surgical procedures such as: blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, eye surgery, eye lift, and etc done on the face area, please wait THREE MONTHS to fully heal before getting a permanent makeup procedure done. * Cannot be under the influence of drugs and alcohol. * No serious back problems, as you are required to lay on your back for 1+ hours during the tattoo procedure. * If you are planning to get the Covid-19 vaccine/booster, please space it out 2 weeks from the tattoo procedure to prevent any unexpected reactions. If you have any major health conditions that have not been listed, please consult with your physician and obtain approval before attempting to schedule a permanent makeup procedure with us. Thank you! **Cancellation & rescheduling** We understand that circumstances may arise that can cause you to postpone/reschedule your desired appointment; however, please understand that such changes affect not only your technician but other clients as well. If you must reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24 hour advance notice is required or the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you DO NOT reschedule within 72 hours you will forfeit your deposit and any other future appointments will require an additional deposit to make a new appointment reservation.
